£4,000 — £6,000 per month 3 month minimum, rolling thereafter
Right for: CPOs and CHROs who want a thinking partner at the frontier of this challenge. PE and VC operating partners who want a people strategy voice across their portfolio.
Distributed Intelligence Diagnostic — Project
A defined engagement that maps where your Distributed Intelligence sits today, identifies the gaps between your current operating model and the one you need, and produces clear actionable output your leadership team can move on immediately.
£1,800 — £2,200 per day
Typical engagement 3 — 8 days
Right for: organisations at an inflection point — post-acquisition, pre-restructure, or facing a board conversation about workforce transformation that nobody is quite sure how to lead.
Not for: implementation partners, HR system recommendations, or recruitment.
